Downloadbare producten

De levering van de downloadbare producten wordt door een geautomatiseerd proces op de website afgehandeld. Zodra de klant de opdracht bevestigd, wordt een eventuele betaling door Mollie betalingssysteem afgehandeld. Hierna wordt de klant wordt direct doorgestuurd naar een  bevestiging pagina waar een download link is geplaats, waar de klant direct het product kan downloaden. Tevens krijgt de klant een bevestiging per email, welke eveneens een link bevat om het product te downloaden.

De downloadbare producten zijn vrijgesteld van retourzending, conform the EU regelgeving met betrekking tot online verkopen.

Ingeval de klant niet doorgestuurd wordt naar een download pagina, of geen email krijgt, of een probleem ondervindt, neem dan contact op met contact@hubertknulst.nl en wij zullen op werkdagen binnen 24-48 uur reageren.

Service producten

De levering van Service producten, zoals consultancy diensten, zal te allen tijde voorafgegaan worden door een offerte traject en kunnen niet online besteld worden. Deze levering van de diensten en betalingen worden in overleg met opdrachtgever uitgevoerd.

Fysieke producten

Er worden geen fysieke producten geleverd door Hubert Knulst. Boeken die gepromoot worden, worden geleverd door externe websites die zelfstandig opereren en zelf verantwoordelijk zijn voor levering, facturatie en afhandeling van een order.

Downloadable Products

Delivery of the downloadable products is handled by an automated process on the website. As soon as the customer confirms the order, any payment will be handled by the Mollie payment system. After this, the customer is immediately redirected to a confirmation page where a download link has been placed, where the customer can immediately download the product. The customer also receives a confirmation by email, which also contains a link to download the product.

The downloadable products are exempt from return, in accordance with the EU regulations regarding online sales.

In case the customer is not redirected to a download page, or does not receive an email, or encounters a problem, please contact contact@hubertknulst.nl and we will respond within 24-48 hours on working days.

Service products

The delivery of Service products, such as consultancy services, will at all times be preceded by a quotation process and cannot be ordered online. This delivery of the services and payments are carried out in consultation with the client.

Physical Products

No physical products are supplied by Hubert Knulst. Books that are promoted are provided by external websites that operate independently and are responsible for delivery, invoicing and fulfillment of an order.
